The year is 818 SE and civilization is obviously at it's pinnacle. The horrible wars fought with swords and spears are a thing of the past. Mighty ships sail the seas and skies, and great scientific discoveries are being made daily.
The history of Losuria only goes back about two thousand years. Before that are mythical tales of cities that traveled between the stars, of clever and dangerous machines that thought, of titanic battles between demons and gods, and of great libraries that were lost.
The general level of technology is close to that of Earth in 1888.
